Report a bug or suggestion
When no activity is recording, shake your iPhone twice to open Send feedback. Describe what happened, optionally annotate the captured screenshot, then submit the report. You can also open Me → Settings → Send feedback.

How do I install Plainstride?
Download Plainstride directly from the App Store on your iPhone.
Why is a permission requested?
Location records an outdoor activity and can provide local running conditions. Apple Health import and workout saving, camera photos, voice commands, Apple Music, and live sharing are optional and requested only when you use the related feature.
How do I delete my account?
Open Me → Settings → Delete Account. Plainstride may ask you to confirm your Apple or Google identity, then deletes your server account data, clears local Plainstride data, and signs you out.
Is Plainstride medical advice?
No. Plainstride provides general fitness guidance and is not a medical service. Stop exercising and seek appropriate professional care if you feel unwell or unsafe.
TestFlight feedback
You can also submit a screenshot and comment directly from the TestFlight app. Crash reports and tester feedback appear privately to the Plainstride team in App Store Connect.
